Admissions Associate - Spring Posting

$12.50 per hour Job Overview The Carowinds Admissions department welcomes every guest into our park. We strive to start each guest’s day off right with warm, upbeat interactions that set the tone for the rest of their visit. As an admissions associate, you will interact with guests at toll booths, ticket sales, ticket taking, or guest services. This role offers great experience, incentives, and a flexible schedule that fits your needs. Responsibilities Meet and greet guests entering and exiting the park, initiating conversation and maintaining eye contact while providing relevant information regarding rides, attractions, and special events. Conduct sales transactions on the POS (point‑of‑sale) system. Guide guests through the season pass or general admission purchase process, using sales techniques such as quantity upselling and product discounts. Use a computer to create and process season passes, audit pass registration forms, take photos of guests, and ensure proper printing and distribution of finished passes. Identify, scan, and verify admission passes and coupons, verifying authenticity upon receipt at the front gate. Benefits FREE admission to Carowinds and other Six Flags parks.
