Practice Success Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support independent aesthetic practices, the full-time Practice Success Manager will serve as a strategic partner, advising on business operations and product adoption while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the relationship with approximately 50 practices, guiding them from launch through growth and management coaching Advise practices on operational decisions, including staff hiring and device purchases, while driving revenue growth through sales training Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement Required qualifications Several years of experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry Proven experience in building, managing, or optimizing MedSpa businesses Strong service and coaching skills with an empathetic and positive communication style Solid business acumen and understanding of P&L management Ownership mindset, demonstrating action-oriented behavior and commitment to practice success
