Primary Care Key Responsibilities: Manage approximately 12-20 patients daily in an outpatient environment. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No on-call duties required. This position is not remote; it is eligible for on-site telehealth only (virtual visits via video and telephone). Available locations include Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA. Protected administrative time is provided. Access to Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Psychologists at each site. Potential eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200K over five years). What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Ranges from $230,000 to $265,000. Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays. Malpractice Coverage: Complimentary liability protection with tail coverage included. Preferred Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine. Must be a U.S. Citizen; non-citizen candidates may be considered if no U.S. Citizen is available. Possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth, including the District of Columbia.
