What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 34 beds and a wide case acuity
• Conduct daily rounds and manage care plans for critically ill newborns
• Collaborate within a team of 2 Neonatologists and 4 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Oversee and support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
• Support approximately 1,500-2,000 annual deliveries
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to evidence-based protocols
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a collegial, patient-focused environment

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics/Neonatology
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
• Valid professional license
• Relevant neonatal or pediatric care experience (preferred)
• Ability to work well in a team and provide high-quality neonatal care
