Position: Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality aluminum fencing and railing products used in residential and commercial projects across the country.

What You'll Do:

• Remove products from extrusion and coating lines
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy
• Package products according to customer specifications
• Load products onto skids and prepare for shipment
• Apply protective materials to prevent shipping damage
• Perform light assembly tasks as needed
• Accurately count products and complete documentation
• Assist in various production departments
• Operate hand jacks and move loaded skids
• Load and unload carts throughout production areas
• Track inventory using paperwork and computer systems

What We're Looking For:

• Previous production, assembly, inspection, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

This is a contract position based out of New Holland, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
