Join our team at Heritage Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay! Shifts: 3-11, and 11-7. $3 PIB. $6,000 Sign-on Bonus for FT, $3,000 Sign on bonus for PT. $35-$49 per hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities of RN:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Registered Nurse (RN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders

Qualifications of RN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
