FIRST IMPRESSION SPECIALIST

Job Posting

Job Duties:

• Greeting and registering patients (customers) in a very busy fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Updating demographic information within electronic systems.
• Variety of clerical functions.
• Other duties as necessary/ assigned. This role involves floating within the Registration Department at the Main Clinic and the Family Care Center in order to provide coverage during times of staffing outages.

Must have reliable transportation.

• Saturday rotations 1/2 day (Mornings Only) approximately one Saturday every 3 months.

As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.

Education:

High School or Equivalent or better.

Experience:

Previous medical office experience very helpful;
