Support & IT Operations

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Support & IT Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems in a timely manner Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, and routers Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and functioning properly Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies Train employees on how to use new hardware and software systems Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT systems Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of data security and backup systems Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new skills quickly Why Work With Us At Florvets Structures, we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
