Plant Administrator

Plant Administrator Richardson Oilseed Products U.S., a division of Richardson International operates a state-of-the-art oil packaging facility in Memphis, TN where it refines and packages one of the United States' most recognized brands of canola and vegetable cooking oils, Wesson Oil. Working with Richardson opens to door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Plant Administrator at our Memphis, TN location. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this position is responsible for a broad array of functions. Responsibilities: Perform administrative, operational and general office duties Process accounts receivable/accounts payable Review and approve time cards and assist with running weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes Support site safety program Support multiple areas such as, but not limited to, production, maintenance, and administrative areas Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Post‑secondary/business administration certificate would be an asset Minimum 3 year's previous experience Experience in the areas of document administration, creating / editing procedures and work instructions is strongly preferred Microsoft applications and data entry Excellent communication skills Excellent computer skills Ability to effectively present information Ability to correspond with all levels of work groups Richardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing and has over 4,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
