WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the vital link between customers, technicians, and management. Daily responsibilities include: Greeting customers before they can say, \"I only need one quick thing.\" Translating customer concerns into technician English. Explaining that \"a weird noise\" is not an official manufacturer fault code. Recommending maintenance before the vehicle begins communicating exclusively through warning lights. Writing estimates. Tracking vehicle progress while simultaneously answering phones, emails, texts, and existential questions. Updating customers. Explaining repair invoices.
