2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants About The Company Our client is a technology-driven, multi-asset investment firm operating on a global scale. The Senior Accountant will support corporate fund accounting, expense management, and internal and external financial reporting preparation and analysis. Responsibilities Perform month-end close including financial statement preparation, cash reconciliations, record income/expense accruals, record intercompany transactions, and prepare capital allocation schedules. Assist in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements including consolidation of various overseas entities. Assist with cash management. Collaborate with the firm’s tax department to provide relevant information around tax provisions and filings. Perform accounting research and provide informed recommendations on transactions. Prepare financial reports for U.S. Census Bureau and Bureau of Labor Statistics surveys. Test and utilize automated tools for reconciliation and profit reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting. 2-4 years of experience at a public accounting firm and/or private firm within the financial services industry. VBA/SQL experience. Strong understanding of GAAP. Familiarity with Workday Financials preferred. CPA required.
