Senior Staff Accountant

For the right individual, this position is designed to develop into a Controller and ultimately Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role within the next 3-5 years , based on performance, integrity, leadership, and demonstrated results This is a role where you'll continually learn, contribute, and grow—not spend your career performing the same repetitive accounting tasks. What You'll Do You’ll become involved in every major area of our accounting operation, including: General ledger accounting and account reconciliations Month-end financial close and reporting Construction job costing and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting Financial analysis and reporting Process improvement and accounting systems Budgeting and forecasting support Working closely with operations to improve profitability Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5+ years of accounting experience Construction or contractor accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with ERP/accounting software (Acumatica experience is a plus) Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and organizational skills CPA Development Candidates who already hold a CPA license are encouraged to apply.
