Senior Staff Accountant

Seeking a highly skilled CPA Senior Staff Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage complex financial tasks, contribute to key accounting projects, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key responsibilities Evaluate new accounting standards and conduct research on business transactions for appropriate accounting treatment Participate in monthly financial statement closings by recording journal entries and analyzing trends and variances Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accounting expertise and assist with internal and external reporting duties Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience CPA certification is required 6 years of progressive accounting experience or 4 years in public accounting Experience in designing and implementing internal controls; Sarbanes-Oxley experience preferred Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
