Job Details TEMP - to PERM Responsibilities Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, bill pay, and expense management. Oversee the accounts receivable function, including customer collections and follow-up to ensure timely payment. Process and manage accounts payable and vendor payments. Support and help improve billing processes while partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts, including QuickBooks and Ramp transactions. Reconcile and code corporate credit card expenses and employee expense reports. Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, amortization schedules, and fixed asset activity. Assist with month-end close and support financial reporting requirements. Maintain the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Support the Controller and Finance leadership team through close, reporting, and audit-related activities. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 2+ years of accounting experience; experience in a startup, SaaS company, or small business environment strongly preferred. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
