What Youll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers in-person, online, and by phone to understand their vehicle needs
• Presenting and demonstrating new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles
• Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
• Building long-term customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service
• Working closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a smooth buying experience
• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• A self-starter mindset with a desire to win and grow
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not requiredwe train the right people
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Positive attitude, coachability, and professionalism
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
