GTM Associate

About Meow Meow is business banking built for global companies. FDIC‑insured accounts through our banking partners, yield on idle cash, and support for US and offshore entities. About the role This is an entry‑level Go‑to‑Market role based in our Soho, NYC office, five days a week minimum. No formal sales experience required. We will train you to sell, build pipeline, outbound thoughtfully, and explain fintech banking and crypto world. You must bring hunger and coachability. Who you are You have a chip on your shoulder and something to prove. You are sharp, think on your feet, pick things up fast, and ask good questions. You can build relationships and a network from zero, showing interest so others want to keep talking to you. You are hungry and outwork the room; figure it out instead of waiting to be told. You are coachable; take feedback in real time and improve fast. You want to be in New York, in the office, participate in startup events and meetups. No experience needed, but bonus points if you have sales‑flavored experience: high‑school/college job, recruiting, or side hustle. Sales is everywhere, a little goes a long way. What you’ll learn Sell end‑to‑end with full SDR/BDR training. Outbound thoughtfully—not a cold‑calling grind; reach people the right way. Finance and banking, from yield to treasury to how global companies move money. What it takes to grow from first deal to building new strategies. Compensation $80K base with $120K OTE, uncapped and revenue‑based. The more you close, the more you make, with no ceiling.
