As part of Workday, we are committed to building AI that augments people. About the Role Sana’s GTM team is responsible for bringing the Sana products to market. This includes identifying emerging needs and trends in markets and shaping our products, understanding the strategic needs of major organizations, and defining the future structure of Sana’s GTM motion across products and geographies. The scope spans new market expansion, strategic sales, and setting the blueprint, tools, and ways of working to enable scaling. Working in this environment requires extreme intuition, strategic thinking, bold tradeoffs, and grit. It is a challenging and rewarding role that impacts how teams work on a global scale. About You Basic Qualifications Experience at a top‑tier university and/or 1–2 years at top‑tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, or Bain), or in a commercial or sales function at a B2B startup. Ability to assess markets and identify high‑value opportunities, with tactical execution skills to convert insights into results. First‑principles thinking and enthusiasm for solving complex problems with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and bias for action. Collaborative nature and team‑focused approach. This role may also be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan, role‑specific commissions, or stock grants. Compensation will be based on geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
