What You'll Do

Greet customers and build lasting relationships

Listen to customer concerns and translate them into repair needs

Present inspections and service recommendations clearly and honestly

Prepare estimates and communicate timelines

Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers

Deliver completed invoices and explain services performed

Help maintain a clean, organized, professional front counter

What We're Looking For

Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and sales skills

Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop

Positive attitude and team mindset

Valid driver's license

Schedule

Full-time, 5-day work week

Shop hours: Monday–Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm

Employees receive one rotating weekday off plus Sunday

Typical schedule averages 40–45 hours per week

Closed every Sunday for work-life balance

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
