Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced School Psychologists looking to make a meaningful impact during the 2026–2027 academic year. These roles offer the chance to work in either South or Central Houston, supporting diverse student populations within dynamic educational environments. Professionals will collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to foster student success through evaluations, interventions, and supportive counseling.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid, active Texas School Psychologist credential or licensure (documentation required)
• Demonstrated experience working in a school setting
• Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week) throughout the assignment dates: July 30, 2026 – May 28, 2027
• On-site commitment—remote or hybrid work is not available
• Reliable transportation to and from assignment sites
• Ability to promptly complete required fingerprinting within three days of contract acceptance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ individual needs
• Develop and implement effective intervention strategies and individualized education plans
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and community partners
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in line with district and state regulations
