Accounts Payable Analyst | Seattle | $40–$46/hour | Hybrid
\nPropel Recruitment is partnering with a private Seattle-based organization seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join a close-knit accounting team.
\n \nThis is a strong opportunity for an AP professional who wants more than high-volume data entry. You’ll have ownership across the full AP cycle, work with multiple entities, handle payment processing and vendor management, and have the opportunity to help improve and automate AP processes.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities across multiple entities \n
- Process invoices, review supporting documentation, and handle GL coding \n
- Manage weekly payment runs and banking/payment processing \n
- Handle vendor onboarding, verification, and ongoing vendor inquiries \n
- Research and resolve invoice, payment, and coding discrepancies \n
- Manage AP communications with internal stakeholders and vendors \n
- Help identify opportunities to streamline and automate AP processes \n
- Participate in special projects and other accounting initiatives \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience \n
- Strong hands-on full-cycle AP background \n
- Experience with GL coding, payment runs, and vendor management \n
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems \n
- Sage Intacct experience is a plus \n
- AP automation/process improvement experience is highly valued \n
- Strong Excel skills; macros are a plus \n
- Microsoft Power Automate exposure is a plus \n
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills \n
- Strong communication and organizational skills \n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team \n
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion \n
