What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you'll support promotional campaigns while creating positive customer experiences and increasing brand awareness. Responsibilities include: Assist with planning and executing promotional marketing campaigns and community events. Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions. Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and brand offerings. Increase brand awareness through event marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Assist with coordinating promotional events, displays, marketing materials, and campaign logistics. Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships. Gather customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly campaign goals. Participate in paid training covering marketing strategies, communication, leadership development, customer engagement, and sales fundamentals.
