We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead for a leading Telecom client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, with hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and review high-quality code using LWC, Apex, Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs .
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Salesforce Technical Lead experience in enterprise implementations.
- Telecom domain experience is highly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
