LAFCO Executive Officer: Strategic Public Service Leader
Counties
Napa County is seeking an Executive Officer for its Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO). The ideal candidate will be a strategic, service-oriented public servant with deep knowledge of local government operations and strong relationship-building across jurisdictions. Knowledge of the Cortese-Knox-Hetzberg Act and CEQA is highly desirable. The position requires five years of public agency experience in administrative or planning roles, plus one year with LAFCO; a bachelor’s degree in a #J-18808-Ljbffr Counties
