Plumbing Service Manager

A Plumbing Service Manager is needed immediately for a well-respected, growing contractor with many years of proven excellence and no signs of slowing down. Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and develop the service team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Handle scheduling, workload planning, and daily work assignments to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-ones to communicate expectations and drive accountability.
- Address performance issues and team challenges promptly and professionally.
- 3-7+ years of plumbing project or service management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams.
- Proven communication, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project budgeting and managing financial performance.
- Ability to quickly resolve team and operational issues.
- Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
