Ultrasound Technician

We are currently hiring for a full-time Ultrasound Technologist to work days within our Diagnostic Imaging Department. Compensation Range: $42.13 - $67.41 per hour Sign on Bonus up to $10,000 for eligible new hires. This position shares call. Call hours are from 1930-0700 M-F and 24 hours a day on weekends. Night and weekend shift differentials up to $6 per hour! The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position. Requirements: Associate degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography - Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire. Preferred: RDMS -- BR preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs. Position Overview: The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for providing Ultrasound Imaging of technical detail, requiring independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative in producing quality ultrasound exams and providing clerical services to the department.
