Group Product Manager

About the role: As a Group Product Manager, you will be a senior people leader responsible for guiding Product Operations Team Leads and senior individual contributors while defining the strategy and direction for the Product Operations function within TQL’s technology ecosystem. This role balances people leadership, operational strategy, and organizational enablement in equal measure. The Group Manager develops leadership talent, establishes scalable processes and standards, and partners closely with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure the organization operates with clarity, consistency, and efficiency while delivering meaningful business and customer impact.
