Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Set Schedule | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients in a Med-Surg/Observation setting with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Provide care in a Step-Down capacity with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio when applicable
• Administer and manage medications using Omnicell dispensing systems
• Operate Alaris infusion pumps as part of patient care delivery
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility
• Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
• Experience with Telemetry monitoring
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Step-Down unit experience is preferred but not required
• Comfort working in a low-census call rotation alongside full-time staff
