An associate’s’ degree from an accredited college or university and one year of administrative experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for the required experience.

Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Not eligible for Telework.

Responses to qualifying questions should be verifiable by skills and/or experience stated on the profile application and resume. Primary duty is to assist the PCard Administration Unit in monitoring the PCard program through multiple reports and notifications.

The incumbent will be required to complete training and attain proficiency in the Florida PALM accounting system to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position. Assist with administering and managing PCard user accounts Requests issuance of appropriate training assignments Ensures training record collection and storage are kept current Mails and tracks Bank of America Visa cards Perform post-audits of payments processed through the PCard Works system Runs periodic monitoring reports on both unpaid and paid transactions

Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, methods of reviewing and analyzing financial data, and basic management principles and practices Ability to assess budgetary needs and formulate policies and procedures Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities; to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations; and to document work and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices to communicate in writing and verbal effectively; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
