Hospice RN Case Manager — Home Visits (FT)

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager, Hospice to join our team serving North Bergen/Hudson and Bergen counties. The RN will make home visits, administer medications and provide comfort care, while monitoring client conditions and documenting orders. Travel to cases is required; on-call may be needed. Qualified candidates have an NJ RN license, at least one year of clinical experience, EMR skills, and the ability to travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr BAYADA Home Health Care
