BCBA Leader: Mentoring RBTs, Elevating ABA Therapy
Westside Children's Therapy
Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead individualized ABA services and supervise RBTs. You will develop therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for children with special needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, training staff, documenting evaluations, and maintaining a caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
