About the Role
The Company is at the forefront of the Cognitive Banking era, leveraging AI to revolutionize the way financial institutions interact with and support their customers. They are in search of a VP Sales - North America to spearhead revenue growth, market expansion, and lead the sales team in the region. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader with a hands-on, player-coach approach, capable of driving regional revenue targets, and building high-performing sales teams. This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of cultural nuances across North American markets, strong leadership skills, and a background in a global fintech organization. Key responsibilities for the VP Sales - North America include developing and executing regional sales strategies, fostering cultural empathy in client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence through the implementation of sales best practices. The role also involves close collaboration with global teams to optimize go-to-market strategies and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of B2B fintech sales experience, with a proven track record in complex, multi-market environments, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. A growth mindset, passion for continuous learning, and the ability to navigate complex banking ecosystems are essential. Fluency in English is required, with French (Canadian) language skills being a plus.
