Responsibilities Enter timesheet and equipment data into the company payroll system Review timesheets for inconsistencies and follow up with supervisors to resolve discrepancies Reconcile payroll entries, corrections, and labor/equipment transfers Prepare and submit certified payroll in compliance with contract requirements Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and government agencies Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED equivalent 5+ years of payroll processing experience, including union and/or certified payroll reporting Payroll experience within the construction industry Preferred Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax filings Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations Experience with union payroll compliance matters Familiarity with certified payroll and labor compliance requirements Why Join Us Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for a permanent position based on performance Consistent, stable schedule Monday through Friday Put specialized construction payroll expertise to work in a role where it's valued Recruiter support throughout your assignment Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
