Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (100% In-Office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 / hour (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Legal Assistant to join our main office team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to paralegals and attorneys across personal injury case workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming legal mail, client file setups, and electronic file organization in ATO.

• Request insurance policies, accident reports, and client records.

• Assist paralegals with administrative tasks, scheduling, draft correspondence, and filing.

• Handle phone communications with clients, adjusters, and outside counsel when legal teams are unavailable.

• Process invoices, open new cases, and close finalized litigation files.

Requirements:

• Prior legal administrative/law firm experience is required .

• Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.

• Professional phone etiquette and high emotional intelligence when speaking with clients.
