Make a significant impact supporting students’ speech and language development by partnering with elementary and high school learners near Arvada, CO. This contract-based opportunity offers an immediate start, extending through early June 2027, working exclusively onsite across two educational environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience within school settings, especially elementary and high school populations
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Proven collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering student progress
- Assess, track, and document student progress and maintain compliant records
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Deliver services onsite at both Thimmig Elementary & Prairie View High School, working a consistent Tuesday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Stay current with best practices and relevant legal, ethical, and compliance standards
