Receptionist Position

Our BMW Collision Center in Fort Lauderdale has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturdays are worked on a rotating, every-other-week basis.

What You'll Do

• Greet walk-in guests and serve as the first point of contact for the collision center
• Answer and route calls through the central phone system
• Engage customers to identify needs and direct them appropriately
• Check in customers for scheduled appointments
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong phone presence
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with a passion for customer service, preferably in a premium brand environment

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.00 - $23.40 USD per hour.
