This is not a passive receptionist role. This is a high-touch client experience role for someone who enjoys being organized, proactive, and polished.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally; set the tone for a calm & thoughtful experience.
• Manage client calls and route them accurately with impeccable phone etiquette.
• Read people well provide empathy to clients who may be calling during very difficult life events.
• Keep the lobby, courtroom, and conference rooms organized, tidy, and presentable.
• Support general office coordination and assist internal staff with light administrative tasks.
• Support coordination of beverages, hospitality, and meeting needs.
• Use judgment to prioritize calls, needs, and visitors.

Required:

• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• 1+ year in a customer or client-facing role (hospitality, medical office, legal, hotel, retail, call center, etc.).
• Strong comfort with Outlook, Word, and general computer skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time Position: MondayFriday, 8:15am5:15pm
