Daily Census 97 Visits/Day: 26 Beds: 26 Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics Ratios 1:4 each shift and weekends Weekend Coverage Every Other Patient Diagnoses: High geriatric population: 40% of our pt's are over 60 High admission rate: 40% of our pt's are admitted Primary Stroke Center for TPA- nurse mix the TPA Known as a top heart hospital: level 1 for STEMI No trauma certification but care for Level 3's ESI Acuity level medium % for level 1 & 2's is 23% of total population ESI 4's 6% & rarely see a ESI 5 COVID Special Procedures/Unit Details: moderate sedation, chest tubes, intubations, Central lines, Defib/pacing ACLS, BCLS, PALs, STEMI, NIH, Required TNCC, CPI, ENPC, SANE, Community Hospital Exp Preferred Conscious Sedation Required Triage and Vents Preferred 2 years minimum experience required Unit Does Not Accept 1st time Travelers navy blue or grey scrubs AOAbout CompanyWe at Bestica believe our success is a direct result of hard work and outstanding employee dedication.
