COLLISION CENTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Body Shop Support Technician

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Body Shop Support Technician to help keep our collision repair facility operating efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is willing to assist wherever needed.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Detail customer vehicles before delivery.
• Wash, vacuum, and clean vehicles inside and out.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, office, and customer areas.
• Break down cardboard, empty trash, and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Shuttle customers to and from home, work, or rental car facilities.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and professionally.
• Move vehicles throughout the property as directed.
• Assist technicians and estimators with general shop tasks.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and shop materials.
• Perform miscellaneous errands and duties to support daily shop operations.
• Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: MondayFriday (hours based on business needs)

Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
