Charge Operating Room RN

Charge OR RN with 5 years of experience in circulating and scrubbing roles. 2 years of experience running daily operations in a charge RN role in a trauma setting required. First-time travelers are accepted with strong general OR and robotics experience. Must effectively communicate with anesthesia teams, surgeons, and nursing teams. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to prioritize efficiently, understanding patient acuity levels. Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is advantageous. Must complete on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled. Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is required. Candidates should have experience in a variety of surgical procedures, with a focus on trauma, ortho, and robotics.
