POSITION OVERVIEW Paralegal is retiring after 29 years of working together and we are seeking an experienced and reliable Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research, drafting, and case management skills, with experience across various practice areas including contract law, estate planning, civil litigation, probate. This role offers an excellent opportunity for full or part-time in-person or hybrid work. QUALIFICATIONS Paralegal experience with a strong litigation background, and experience in estate planning, probate, contract law. Proficiency in legal research platforms including Westlaw and CoCounsel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading and transcription abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word processing), data entry skills, and familiarity with document management systems.
