Pearson Warshaw, LLP, one of the top class action and antitrust law firms in the country, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Minneapolis, is hiring a Legal Assistant/Paralegal in its Wayzata, Minnesota office. PW specializes in class actions, with an emphasis on antitrust, consumer protection, products liability, sports and entertainment law. PW has obtained over 3 billion is settlements and verdicts on behalf of its clients. We are excited to add a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to our team. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. This position has variety of responsibilities, including preparing, filing and serving pleadings, researching case-related factual issues and managing case-related organization. The position requires a solid understanding of federal litigation with experience filing pleadings on NextGen CM/ECF. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel and must be able to multitask with attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and work ethic are a must in this fast-paced practice.
