Personal Training Manager EōS Fitness is an energetic, motivating fitness company focused on creating loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. We seek a high‑performing leader to manage our personal training teams in high‑volume gyms. Core Purpose To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Essential Purpose Manage the quality and profitability of the personal training team, ensuring high service standards, client satisfaction, and business growth. Responsibilities Operate day‑to‑day management of the personal training staff. Partner with the Fitness Manager on daily business operations. Drive the team to exceed all established PT targets each month. Lead high‑value PT orientation sessions to increase new client acquisition and PT penetration. Identify and operationalize opportunities to grow the personal training business. Improve the PT experience to drive revenue growth and client retention. Oversee the entire trainer lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance management. Conduct regular individual and team coaching sessions. Minimize trainer turnover and increase tenure through coaching and support. Qualifications At least one year as an EōS personal trainer (internal) or one year of verifiable managerial experience (external). Equivalent to an L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS trainer. Passion for team development through education and coaching. Comfortable with accountability for performance goals and company KPIs. Excellent communication and high emotional intelligence. Organized, detail‑oriented initiative‑taker who meets deadlines. Requirements Successful background check. Valid personal training certification. CPR certification required within 30 days of hire. Ability to move about the gym; lift >40 lbs; communicate with staff, members, and public. Access and operate company computer systems, including document preparation and data entry. Compensation Plan Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity. Ability to train 5 paid client session hours per week.
