Clinical Pharmacist - Pharmacy

Description Credena Health Pharmacy, located inside Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, is seeking a dedicated per‑diem clinical pharmacist to join our outpatient team. This flexible role will cover PTO, sick leave, and weekend shifts as needed. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, individualized, and cost‑effective pharmaceutical care. Utilize Epic Willow Ambulatory for medication dispensing and patient record management. Deliver integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team. Optimize patients’ medication therapy outcomes and improve their quality of life. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Required Qualifications PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy. Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License. Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License – when eligible and where applicable. Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) – where applicable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with outpatient pharmacy practice. Familiarity with Epic EHR system. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
