CERTIFY Global is proud to serve millions of patients and healthcare workers in order to deliver the best possible care.Job Description The Junior Accountant will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks such as accounts payable, billing, and receivables for accounting the accounting department.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct routine data entry for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.Assist with coding invoices, setting up new accounts, reconciling accounts, and closing the monthly books.Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; ensure timely payment of invoices and alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies.Gather payroll expenses and input them into appropriate entry line.Maintain and update accounting records and files.Assist in the preparation of documentation for external auditors.Other related duties as assigned.Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 2+ years of accounting experience required. Highly proficient with accounting softwares such as QuickBooks. Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems. Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
