Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Senior Accountant will:Maintain the accurate and timely dissemination of financial statements and reportsSupport and facilitate external auditOversee accounts payable operationsReconcile and review General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with GAAPReview corporate prepared financial statements for accuracy and prepare month end journal entriesReview and prepare bank reconciliationsEstablish and maintain systems and internal controlsParticipate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reportsProvide financial support to management and multiple departmentsReview payroll processingMaintain and protect operations by keeping all pertinent information confidentialManage financial close cycle and variance analysisOversee accounts payableParticipate in department budget preparation and complianceParticipate in internal and external auditsWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financeHealthcare experience preferredCPA preferredMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
