Senior AccountantSalary: $83,200–$89,440Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Established, mission-driven organization supporting a large national membership base• Hybrid schedule (2 days in-office Wed/Thurs, 3 days remote)• Consistent 40-hour workweek with limited overtime expectations• Location: Gaithersburg, MD• High visibility with leadership and cross-functional teams• Collaborative, stable team environment with strong tenureKey Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant (Full-Cycle Accounting):• Process payroll for ~70 employees using ADP• Manage full-cycle AP, including vendor payments and 1099s• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and expense reporting• Prepare accruals and support month-end close• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requestedQualifications for the Senior Accountant (Full-Cycle Accounting):• 5+ years of accounting experience• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• ADP experience required; NetSuite and Concur a plus• Strong month-end close and full-cycle accounting experience• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
