Entry-Level Sales Consultant (100% Commission) – Remote

Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and coachable Entry-Level Sales Consultant to join our fully remote team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. You'll receive hands-on mentorship and all the tools you need to succeed—even if you have no prior sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client insurance needs
- Offer customized solutions with compassion and professionalism
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and support
- Maintain detailed client records using CRM tools
- Attend training sessions and apply proven sales strategies
- Stay compliant with industry and licensing requirements

Requirements
