Actively Hiring Caregivers

Hourly Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8 Hour Shifts (9AM-5PM)

Location: La Jolla, San Diego North County

As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.

Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. On a typical day, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more!
• Hourly and 24/7 Care.
• Light housekeeping and organization.

Requirements

• Language: Must be proficient in both written and spoken Spanish.
• Experience: Prior experience working with clients experiencing dementia or memory care needs.
• Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive the client in their personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Technology: Must have a personal cell phone with reliable internet access.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Preferred Qualifications : While not required, the following certifications are highly valued:
• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• HHA (Home Health Aide)
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
