This role will define and lead the enterprise product strategy within Real 2.0 specific to unifying fragmented provider-facing capabilities into one connected, scalable application. The Vice President owns strategy, portfolio direction, roadmap, build, launch, adoption, commercialization alignment, and measurable value realization across the provider ecosystem.The work centers on enterprise connectivity and workflow transformation. The solution integrates into EHR workflows wherever possible across any EHR, remains vendor-neutral, and creates EHR-independent paths where they better serve clinicians. Success is measured by scaled provider adoption, workflow efficiency, reduced administrative burden, improved data quality, and downstream operational, clinical, and economic outcomes.This is an enterprise build-and-scale leadership role. Deep provider workflow intimacy, solid technical architecture judgment, and disciplined partner orchestration must come together through executive-level partnership across Product, clinical, engineering, technology, commercial, operations, and compliance leaders so provider solutions land as one coherent experience, not stitched-together parts.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities: Set the enterprise product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an end to end provider application, translating market, provider and enterprise needs into a differentiated portfolio strategy and scalable connected applicationDefine and scale the connectivity strategy, integrating with any EHR wherever possible (point-of-care alerts, orders, documentation, prior authorization, coverage/eligibility) while also building EHR-independent paths that reduce provider dependence on EHR workflows when they create better clinical and business outcomesLead executive-level partnership across Product leaders, clinical product/application owners, engineering, architecture, data, commercial, operations, and compliance teams to deliver one connected provider experience rather than adjacent, disconnected capabilitiesPartner with architecture and engineering leaders to shape the integration architecture, including APIs, eventing, clinical data exchange, scalability, resilience, interoperability standards, and long-term platform health while remaining vendor-neutral across EHR platformsBuild deep provider, clinician, practice, payer, and buyer workflow intimacy through direct market engagement; translate complex healthcare workflows into product requirements, prioritization choices, and adoption strategies that reduce friction at scaleOwn strategic relationships with EHR, integration, platform, and ecosystem partners to expand connectivity across provider systems and care settings without creating dependence on a single vendor or technology pathOwn product and business KPIs, including provider adoption, satisfaction, workflow efficiency, data quality, growth/adoption economics, and enabled downstream outcomes;
