Junior Accountant Accounts Payable (Bilingual - Mandarin)

Manage company financial accounts, including Accounts Payable. Review and receive expense reports from employees. Identify discrepancies by resolving billing issues, conduct periodic account reconciliations, and report any issues to the supervisor. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy. Document invoices and payments and review data for discrepancies. Statistical analysis of collected payments daily/weekly/monthly. Keep records by filing documents accurately and maintain confidential information and the highest levels of discretion. Review and receive expense reports from employees. Use of ERP system and check and redeem the reimbursement procedure. Assist in the monthly closing process. Accomplish and assist with accounting or other projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business major preferred 1-3 years of work experience required Strong attention to details Must be well organized and thorough in solving problems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Proficient in data entry and mathematics skills Keep a good relationship with vendors Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles Work legally in the U.S. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese Be confidential about business information About FOTILE Founded in 1996, FOTILE Group is a leading international manufacturer of high-end kitchen appliances.
